Marina Pierucci studied in the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main under Thaddeus Watson, Stephanie Winker and also under Toon Fret in the Royal Conservatory of Liège in Belgium. In Brazil, graduated under Sávio Araújo in the Campinas State University. After she performed with the main orchestras in Brazil such as São Paulo State Symphony and Minas Gerais Philharmonic. She was a member and invited musician in festivals like Campos do Jordão, Verbier, Bayreuth Festspiele Junge Künstler, Rheingau Musik festival and Orchestra of the Americas (YOA /OA). Prize winner of Yehudi Menuhin, Brazilian Ministry of Culture and Zentrale Auslands- und Fachvermittlung (ZAV) Stuttgart. In 2019 she was appointed first flute of Guiyang Symphony Orchestra in China. Her other orchestral activities in Europe include Kammerphilharmonie Frankfurt, Philharmonisches Kammerorchester Berlin, Thüringen Sinfonieorchester, St. Petersburg Chamber Orchestra, among others.
